Application to Volunteer

Are you a coffee professional who likes to get stuck in? 

We need some brewers and some assistants to keep the CCW floor running smoothly. And to help make our vision of the best educational events EVER come alive!

You will need to be in Umhlanga 29-31 July 2025, shifts will be worked out when we have gathered applications.

What do you get for your services?

A full event pass to CCW including lunch, goodie bag and access to all talks. We have designed the schedule so that volunteers will also get a chance to listen and participate during the lectures and talks. Invaluable time spent with fellow coffee professionals.

*Please note that this is an application and does not mean you have been accepted as a volunteer, we will be in touch with you should your application be accepted. Please also note that transport to event in Durban is not included. We are working on a sponsor for shared accommodation.*

PS. One of our volunteers from last year, just placed 5th at the SA Barista Champs after meeting her employers through Creative Coffee Week! We are so proud :)
