The theme for the Cape Town event is: ROASTING
Now, this is a broad theme, because roasting touches many parts of the industry! We'll be touching on some practical and technical aspects, wholesale and retail strategies, how branding plays a huge part, scaling up, the role of the barista trainer in a Roasting Business, learning from international and local professionals, from not just the coffee industry. It is for everyone from those with a consumer interest to the experts, there will be something for everyone.
