Join Us for an Exclusive Coffee Origin Trip!
This year is a bit different, a chance to be part of the beginning of something. A real look into the possibilities of coffee growing benefitting the youth of South Africa.
Last year was SO MUCH FUN. This is an excellent introduction and immersion in coffee growing and processing and is highly recommended for all baristas, roasters, coffee professionals and coffee drinkers.
Itinerary:
- 7am Meet to catch transport - Departure point to be determined
- 7.30am Bus departs for Phatheni
- Drive to Bonakude will take just under 2 hours
- Full day including tour of agro-ecological farm, includes talks, traditional lunch, engaging with local youth group about coffee
Return Departure at +/- 3 PM. We will then gather somewhere for an optional swim/sundowners/dinner.
What to Bring: Comfortable walking shoes/gumboots, a hat, sunscreen, and a reusable water bottle.
